      - Super collaborative team - Incredible work ethic across departments - Intelligent planning and forecasting at leadership level - Positive growth opportunities - Positive culture and focus on improving work culture - Emphasis on testing, data, science, and outcomes - Focus on quality product iterations and customer experience - Prioritization of customer experience

      Cons

      - Smaller team means many hats for all employees (typical part of a start up) - In growth stage so a lot of pivoting (a pro for some, but could be seen a con for others)

      The majority of the people here are fantastic and fun to work with. The mission to help children is admirable and something the team really cares about.

      Cons

      The leadership team doesn't always make data-based decisions which can be frustrating.
