      Pros

      Free drinks. The other employees was always the best pro. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the designers. Mostly great people.

      Cons

      Absolutely WORST managed company I've ever been a part of. Management had zero knowledge in how to actually manage people. The abuse the designers took (I was in administration) was horrendous. Even I was abused greatly. Mike threw scissors at me at one point... witnessed by most of the staff. I found most of the designers to be better at their craft than the Principal was. I found that not even a year after I left, the *ENTIRE* staff had turned over. A complete joke.

      Creative environment managed disgustingly

      Pros

      Good exposure to creative projects. Mike Niven is a very good designer. The office is nice.

      Cons

      Management (Mike) is an autocratic and feared leader who lacks interpersonal skills. The office is run not on a willingness to do good work, but a fear of doing work which would displease Management. As a result, turnover is extremely high - with most designers lasting months before quitting due to disrespectful and inhuman treatment, or being fired at the drop of a hat.

      Pros

      Not a single benefit to working here. If you can stick it out for about 6 months, it's good to list as experience on your resume I guess.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Stressful work environment. Owner thinks he's a genius and expects everyone around him to know what he wants without ever asking for it. Do not work here. This place will suck every ounce of happiness from your life.
