Cons
senior + executive leadership lacks integrity which contributes to a toxic workplace (certain staff members should definitely not be in positions of power), organizational culture is not aligned with organizational values, avoid working here altogether unless you’re okay with being overworked, underpaid and treated poorly by your superiors!
