Pros
Good pay, good benefits, RRSP contributions, hybrid role (although, not for everyone)
Cons
No communication! No functioning system or process in place, old school system and process in place mixed with lots of new systems in place and none of them works properly, creating lots of confusion not just for the office staff but also for the site staff. Everyone is performing the work as they can or as they learnt on their own, whatever works for them, no one is on the same page.
