      Bad projects and poor management

      Pros

      I can't really see any apart from a few good artists who are fun to work with and makes it bearable to work there.

      Cons

      -Everyone I know there didn't get any pay rises for almost 3 years now. -The projects are pretty poor and badly run. You'll do a fair bit of unpaid overtime for not much to show in your showreel as the projects are just plain boring. Not the stuff most people watch, it's mainly low budget stuff. -HR will take any opportunity to make your life more stressful

      Smaller facility so plenty of opportunity to get involved, friendly, collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any - air con isn't great in the summer but that is down to the building! Milk supply ice cream on really hot days so that helps.

      Pros

      Good location, nice food options and some friendly hard-working people

      Cons

      Where to begin... - A LOT of nepotism and favouritism - Production workflows are so bad, a lot of work got outsourced and the quality is so so poor - Crummy jobs - Management are out of touch, toxic and overworks staff unnecessarily - There's a real hire and fire mentality and artists are kept on short-term contracts that get extended last minute - HR are shoddy and damn right rude - rock bottom staff morale - it's no wonder they went into administration
