Easy, slow paced. Most foreman are relaxed and easy to get along with

Union company that makes you do everything, even if it’s outside your scope of work. Supervisors will have there circle of friends and if you’re not in it, you’ll get laid off fast. Also no run for advancement unless you are awful at your job.
