Really awful depressing location. Industrial estate. (They have workshops)

- Ridiculous workload. - Discriminatory towards other races and nationalities. - Simon (the owner) verbally abuses everyone, he will shout and swear at you for the smallest mistake. I have never in my professional life experienced so much distress as a result of that. - Toxic work culture. You're "not expected" to come in earlier than 9 and leave later than 6. But if you don't put in extra hours people will either stare at you as you leave (obv to make you feel uncomfortable) or you won't be able to cope with the amount of work. - No support provided by other depts., people are just not bothered. - All work practices, hardware and software used are tremendously old. It feels like the place is frozen in time, posing an impediment to your day to day work.
