      Pros

      Fast-paced but exciting environment to work in. Many of the staff are close friends, and I really enjoyed my team.

      Cons

      Customers can be rude, but you just have to deal with it. There is very little the restaurant can do about this. They are a great restaurant that attracts upscale clientele in Santa Monica.

      Well-managed, and both the front- and back-of-house employees help to foster a strong and supportive culture.

      Cons

      After undergoing a number of management changes over the span of a couple years, the new manager has done a great job addressing employee concerns and driving the business forward
