      Pros

      MILSPRAY is a business that truly cares about the employee. Despite the success of the company through various global locations, it has the feeling of a small family. It was long awaited, but we finally have the person in charge who has aligned a strong Leadership team with specific goals for success. The majority of the personnel at MILSPRAY have been there for 5+ years, some over 10. There is a wealth of knowledge that is being used to target what made MILSPRAY successful and what will continue that success.

      Cons

      Due to individuals in leadership who are no longer employed here, the turnover rate was high in the past.

      Pros

      Under new leadership, this is truly a caring organization that values employees and their lives outside of work. There is a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and safety. Laser focused on providing expert level corrosion mitigation to the DoD and commercial customers.

      Cons

      Many personnel wear multiple hats. This isn't necessarily a con but an observation.

      Nice place to work and everyone seems to like their jobs. Management like to keep everyone in company updated about what is going on with the company.

      Cons

      There wasn't really an cons that come to mind, most of it was just part of working.
