Pros
A good company, Mind Digital has a prolific client base spread across the globe. Moreover, it boasts of a team that do not just strive to grow and learn new things constantly to cater to the demands of the clients, but they are also cooperative especially to the newcomers. The team leaders are cordial and helpful.
Cons
Not much, except that the company policies can be made more employee centric and that just alternate Saturdays are off.
