Pros

This is literally the worst experience of my life, I have never been treated so badly and disrespected in my professional career. I’m an experienced professional with 15 years in retail management. I was micromanaged constantly there was literally nothing I did without their interference. Very unprofessional disrespectful incompetent people in head office. You’re not a store manager YOU ARE JUST A KEY HOLDER. They put an incompetent lazy family member to take 25 hours away from your staff and call him your DM. I had 2 DM’a absolutely insane. They spy on you and listen to your every word on the camera's. They don’t care about you they’ll lie about you use you and make it a very negative environment. So as I said DO NOT WORK HERE

Cons

All of upper management DM and owners don’t have the knowledge of how to manage a business and how to treat their employees.

Pros

Great products and fun coworkers generally make it an enjoyable place to work

Cons

Shady business ethics. A complete lack of respect for the employee, with zero onsite training, no official handbooks, paperwork, or contracts. No disclosure of company policy or expectations anywhere, with most news of what’s happening coming from word of mouth or heresay. Unethical behavior from management, and dishonest sales tactics. Horrible power imbalance, with management frequently leaving the store for tens of minutes at a time or having personal conversations using company phones. Managers act with impunity to an unofficial and undisclosed set of rules that employees must abide by, despite a lack of any official code of conduct from the company. Schedules are subject to frequent change with no notice, with no regard for the needs of the employee. Any shortcomings in the store are blamed on employees, rather than the poor leadership. Extremely high turnover rate coupled with poor and unethical management leads to this company sucking the life out of its employees.

Pros

- Free Parking - Fridge

Cons

- The owners are so good that they take away the coffee machine because they don't want the employees drinking their coffee - filled with Micro managers, they WILL not let you do your job and keep poking around - People at the top have no idea how things work in the real world.
