Lack of proper support - Promised adjustments for disability were not put in place or were inconsistently applied. Rubbish approach to mental health - I was treated as a problem to manage rather than a person needing support. Poor communication and broken promises - Meetings, referrals, and wellbeing plans were agreed to but never followed through. Unfair and discriminatory treatment - Policies were applied rigidly without regard for my disability or mental health needs. Emotional and professional harm - The experience caused serious stress, burnout, and damage to my health and career.
