Pros

Nothing, I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

I would not recommend this workplace or company to anyone. My experience at Mindgap was extremely negative and has left lasting impacts. During my time there, I found that: • There was no structured training or onboarding, yet we were expected to meet unrealistic deadlines and perform at a high level with little support. • The culture felt heavily rooted in blame, shame, and pressure, with management often using manipulation or guilt-based tactics to push staff. • There was an ongoing expectation to work nights and weekends without compensation, which created an environment of burnout and exhaustion. • Pay was very low for the workload and responsibility, and compensation practices often felt unclear and questionable, with parts of salary offset through things like meal vouchers. • Management often came across as unfriendly, unsupportive, and focused solely on revenue, not on people. • The team was almost entirely made up of very junior staff who were struggling without guidance, which led to chaos, confusion, and constant stress. • Morale was extremely low, and I witnessed a high turnover rate, people leaving or being let go on a near-weekly basis, often without clear reasoning or compassion. • Overall, the environment felt unstable, emotionally draining, and unsafe. Working there was a deeply distressing experience for me, and I left feeling traumatised and unsupported.

Pros

Lots of work if you are looking to learn quickly about the medical device industry

Cons

Bad management - bullying and intimidation is very common here. You will be fired if you are not liked or perceived to follow instructions. The quality of work is poor and you will not learn much here. Management does not care to provide quality work to clients. Long hours because all projects need to be finished quickly. Huge focus on money

Thank you for your review and feedback. We believe your comments are somewhat irrelevant as it seems you do not understand our business. We are a project-based company, which does indeed mean stressful deadlines and sometimes also a higher workload. We do this to make sure we deliver our projects on time and assure the highest of quality work for our clients. It is indeed possible that this business model does not fit your personal preferences. We are also focused on money, as you say, which is normal as we want to make sure we can pay our employees a proper wage, on time, at the end of every month :) Kind regards, The MindGap management team

Pros

The environment is very relaxed and the colleagues are all very friendly and young. Also the office is in a good location and it's pretty modern.

Cons

The management is messy at times. The bosses don't even live in the same country. I was hired on a temporary contract, and they told me that they wouldn't renew it only 1 week and 3 days before the expiration date. I also think that they value project leaders way more than market researchers, and this creates a big gap in the company.
