Crucial Con which is observed - they place their employees to work with another company i. e 2nd company and even 2nd company does not have its own project it deals with #Cognizant and #Infosys and other MNCs, there is an interview which taken up by MNCs in the name of 2nd Company and you are not allowed to say you are working in MindQuad Solutions, you have to say the 2nd company name which I do not want to disclose here. 2nd Company owner and MindQuad will call you and say don't say you that you are working in MindQuad. Poor MNCs are Fooled, sometimes you feel you are in fraud company. Hence posting this post as have the proofs for the same. I am not sure if #Microsoft checks all these things before getting them board as Gold Partner. @Microsoft. These are facts which everyone should know prior joining. And other disadvantages is they can terminate you or ask you to leave immediately, and they don't provide release letter and HR threats you that they will not provide full and final salary if you demand release letter. Forcefully and silently you have to take money without release letter. MindQuad wants employee to be with there for lifetime, if employee leaves they will do anything to spoil your career and hold release papers. People are checking the reviews please don't check google ratings, MindQuad old and new batch Gujaratis employees provide a fake rating to get ride of genuine ratings.

Huh. Long list. But, only one suggestion, never even think of joining this company. Project managers are rude and use abusive language with team members. Directors are no better. They just eat pan masala the whole day and are highly unprofessional. They will ask u to fill fake PF documents each month. This is unethical. Salary will be dedcuted mentioining u arrived late on particular dates. A person has been given the access to cameras to notice each and every activity of the employee. They even report to the management that today the no. of times yiu went to toilet is high than the expected limit. I know it sounds like its not true and i am exagerating. But, if u will join, u will come to know. So, trust me and dont join this company. Wait for a better one.
