Pros
The company has a super interesting growth trajectory, acquiring clients of international scale. Also, they are concerned about the well being of the employees: adding benefits, moving to a new office location. The company is from Austria and they give the same benefits to every employee: 25 days of PTO, healthcare,... and they fly people to Austria for Training and the yearly Christmas party.
Cons
Obviously flying in for training is not what everybody likes. However, they try to take feedback seriously and find ways together with the employees. Communication with Austria can at times be difficult because of the time shift.
