      Pros

      - I've been an RBT in 3 other companies but Mindful Sprouts shows the real definition of healthy work environment (very open for communication). - decent pay and benefits. Bonuses and incentives are also great. - they look for another coverage whenever a client cancelled a session.

      Cons

      - I can't think of a con as of this moment. Not a perfect company but the fact that they listen to employees is already a good thing.

      Pros

      I absolutely love this company. Their hiring process is different than any other company I have interviewed with. After working here for about a year and a half, I realize that their interview process results in finding quality individuals who are so supportive and upbringing. My supervisors are extremely approachable, I never feel a need to hesitate to ask questions, to ask for help or for assistance. The owner, Camila is one of a kind; she really put a company together that clearly demonstrates value for selflessness and support for the employees and clients.

      Cons

      Theres not much I can say for complaints. However, if I had to describe a con of working for Mindful Sprouts, I would say that even though its a growing company, the main workload that is available is in Boca Raton, moving south towards Miami. Therefore, since I live further north towards Palm Beach, its a bit of a drive to see clients.
