      Pros

      good place to start with lot to learn, lot to experience lots of traveling, there are hectic days but those are balanced out with much slower ones too. no one really bothers much on slow days.

      Cons

      Growth, there is a set way of how things work and the way is very school like seniors behave like teachers and just give tasks never ask for opinions or consider good ideas just as it is tasks get transfered down the chain of command.
