Do not work here!

Pros

There are no pros. Half if not all of the positive reviews are from the CEO and HR VP. Maybe the Polish team is safe because they’re on another continent from US “leadership.” Really looking forward though to seeing what the CEO does after it fails.

Cons

I can’t overstate how poorly managed this failing company is. I’d be surprised if the company makes it to 2024. The product doesn’t work. The CEO is … the worst person I’ve ever worked with. She’s surrounded herself with incompetent sycophants who will probably google “sycophant” after reading this. It’s scaling up to be a small scale theranos, but at least with theranos, the product worked sometimes. Whatever you do, do not take a job here. Save yourself!

Sinking Company

Pros

The technology is incredible and could help a lot of people

Cons

Management has never released a product before and this is making many questionable decisions that unfortunately are leading to the decline of the company. The work environment is also very negative. Management does not value work/life balance and there is a lot of micro-management.

Pros

The R&D, Data and Engineering teams are talented and friendly to work with. Apart from that None!!

Cons

- Micromanaging CEO who has mood swings worse than a teenager hitting puberty - Low Pay - Extremely high attrition rate - either the employee leaves (that too in a very short time) or gets fired within 6 months of employment - Bad work ethics. CEO thinks employees are owned by her and constantly tries passive aggressive tactics It is criminal on how many have joined and left the company and how the investors are even allowing it. The tech is sub par at best and company barely has any direction. CEO will ask you to manipulate data to show to investors Other good reviews left here are probably demanded by CEO to her current employees
