There is not much to add beyond these other reviews. I agree with them fully. This was the most challenging place I've ever worked. A big part of that is due to poor management from the original executive director who had a toxic leadership style that trickled down to the rest of the leadership team. I have hope the organization will evolve, but only with new leaders and new values.
