Pros

Making a difference in these children's lives is the only pro there is about working there and IF your the few chosen ones who are in the with the CEO, then compensation is unlimited!

Cons

Where do I begin! Let's start with the worst, the CEO- the most manipulative, unethical, unprofessional, unstable, insecure individual running this place basically explains all the bad reviews on here. Believe it!

Pros

...the kids, of course. Why else do we do this, right?

Cons

...the reviews speak for itself. Take away the petty, cliquey Leads and you've got yourself a center really ready to provide a great service to the kids in need of it... ...but they won't. The subtle nastiness that runs rampant in this company is embedded deep within the very fabric of every level of this organization. As always, it starts at the top. Now, If YOU the job-seeker, choose to ignore the CLEAR warnings in these reviews and work here anyway, just take a look at the BT's faces at the center...do they GENUINELY look/act happy? Pay close attention to the children at the centers...they'll reveal it all...children have no filter and can spot mean people quicker than us adults. Just feel the energy of the centers for yourself. Happy people don't produce that kind of energy...miserable people who are unappreciated do. If you indeed choose to continue on past that, you probably deserve what's coming to you or you're just like them and you've finally reunited with your soul-killing tribe. If it is the latter, may those beautiful, sweet and deserving children band together to run you and every one of that hateful Lead staff out of town and your bare feet feel the wrath of a thousand miles littered with mini Lego's on the way out. It's too bad the parents can't stay in the centers all day. Either this behavior would stop all together or they'd see what's really going on and this company would be no more. Again, you've been warned.

Horrible company

Pros

The kids period they are innocent. They need consistency, but with a company like this it's impossible to keep staff for them.

Cons

Horrible management, and a huge lack of respect for their employees, they ones who are busting their butts everyday and actually doing the work, while higher staff is in their office socializing. No lunch breaks unless it's unpaid, no breaks period beyond bathroom, sounds like a great way to keep their employees in an already high burnout field. They constantly tell you to use your own "clinical" judgement but when it's time to do that they are breathing down your necks, and critiquing anything they hear you do from the office they sit in. The last thing is trying to get any time off, good luck with that, not only do you have to use your PTO for just a doctor appointment but you have to use an entire 4 hours, because for some reason supervisors can't cover a shift for an hour so you can get your teeth cleaned. If you have a vacation and you get sick before hand and use your PTO you have to cancel your vacation.
