Pros

All my friends thought I am cool cause I got to meet ball players. I got to go into work everyday and talk baseball.

Cons

Hours- long hours were expected. Compensation could be better. Not having control of baseball operations. Product on field effected moral and paycheck.

I enjoyed working with the other people my age because we were able to connect well. Working for the team was also great, especially when baseball was in season! Employees would attend games together, and just gather together during the games. The stadium is also an awesome place to work, with great views of Minneapolis.

Cons

I feel like there are some internal issues with the management. People are very comfortable with their jobs, and they do not like when they feel "threatened." I also felt like ideas were not always freely shared as they were advertised. Some of the managers also pulled the hierarchy card, and made it known that anything and everything has to be run through them for final approval.
