Pros
In Japan it is unusual, the company with overtime pay.
Cons
Staff don't study. So most staff are very old and do a very easy task. Salary is higher as older. The company take more than 70% of staffing profit. Too much overtime( Boss said "too much overtime". So we have to hide much overtime [In Japan we call "Service overtime"]. So we get cheap salary).
