      High starting salaries and signing bonus, which leads you to believe it's a good company - it's not

      Cons

      Poor leadership, some management/leadership employees expected to work 80-90 work weeks, while others at corporate don't work a 40 week, ridiculous spending at the plants and corporate, are going to run this company in the ground. Do not value are appreciate the plant workers that are actually making the products to sell

      Pros

      If you want to join an innovative and forward thinking company who really cares about their employees and strives to constantly improve their business then look no further than Minova. The Leadership Team have ambitious plans for the growth of the company and are keen to offer a great environment to work in and encourage staff loyalty by engaging with their employees and really listening to their ideas and views and then acting on them.

      Cons

      Because the plans for growth are so ambitious, sometimes great ideas are not thought through before implementing which sometimes means unnecessary work.
