Some nice people in the office

Terrible culture, incompetent management, poor office and location. No Work from home. No other benefits. Outdated systems. old technology.

senior management only think about themselve don't share information with staff too many politics for make staff uncomfortable keep changing plans & project staff have to ask for pay rise

Pros

The team are awesome to work with. Really nice people who are just figuring out their next role so they can get out of the place.

Cons

Management (major shareholders) who take a Massive salary offer little to no direction. The business takes a new course every moment they sniff a new opportunity.
