      Pros

      -Modern, progressive and interesting work place. - Lots of professional challenges, which inspire and motivate you. - Transparency in the company (btw, transparency is one of the company's values) is unbelievable: how much employees know about what's happening, why and how we are doing it, what's our setbacks and achievements, why we are focusing on it - beyond imagination, I never experienced such transparency and honesty in internal communication on every subject ever in my previous workplaces. - international dynamic team of bright talented people. Yes, I can say there is a special breed - #mintospeople. - challenges and demanding deadlines are combined and balanced out with flexibility and understanding and support you are getting from the team and your manager. - great opportunity for professional growth in any area. - you have a lot of responsibilities and a lot of autonomy in every role, and it is great.

      Cons

      Being a start up, the company is not that developed yet when it comes to structure and some processes - but it what makes it so exciting, you can put your stamp on it and make your own noticeable contribution into company's success. That is truly inspiring.

      The best place to grow together with a company

      Pros

      - People are in the center and it's not just a slogan: there is a lot of efforts put to help you grow in all dimensions, the team is friendly, professional and highly cooperative; - Plenty of flexibility: if you just deal with your tasks, it is up to you where do you work and what is your schedule. Also, an unlimited vacation policy is something that I really love because it allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance and be more productive at work; - Full transparency: it is noticeable in all levels - both internally and with our external partners. All information which can be shared is shared and you are very welcome to approach your colleagues when needed; - Fast-growing environment: no routine, each day you can learn something new. To sum up: I've worked here for almost 2 years, I saw different stages of the company's development, thus many things have changed but the faithfulness to its core values persists.

      Cons

      If you prefer to work in a place with strict rules and unchangeable procedures, you won't feel comfortable in Mintos: here you need to be open to some kind of a creative mess ;)
