      Variety of tasks that is good for newcomers to the industry to try a lot of things out in regard to print, finishing and graphic design.

      Cons

      - Very low pay if you have any experience. And lower than most entry level positions. Especially considering your role will involve quoting, customer service, graphic design, pre press, printing and finishing. - micro managing to the point ruining flow of jobs and tasks
