Pays ok, but people really care about their work
Pros
It's very evident that people who work here care deeply about the mission. Speaking up is highly encouraged; I have witnessed a meeting where a junior intern disagreed with the CEO and was encouraged to explain her point of view and show supportive data. That was super awesome to see. I have worked at multiple companies for the last 15 years and haven't seen that happen anywhere. The culture is great, very fun all around but don't be fooled by that because everyone is crazy sharp.
Cons
I wish we have more in-person time together because being fully remote is great, but I miss seeing my colleagues in the flesh every now and then. I would caveat that it's hard because of the nature of customer service job and the budget it requires to get everyone in the same room.
