Very bad career choice No growth and politics Managers have bad communication skills and can't speak english. Most senior employees are friends at other company and favored.

Where do i start, this company is full of cons. This company doesn't have any formal policies. The management is the dictator here . Management makes and breaks rule on wish. There is a lot of favoritism. Some important points to mention : 1. There are only 60 people working in this company. 2. The notice period is 3 months so it very hard to get other jobs. 3. NO job security . The management can fire you any time. 4. No one will hear your concern and if you try to argue you will be fired. 5. Too much micro management. 6. They are still working on VB and Ext.Net. There is no scope to learn new technologies and career growth. 7. Even the HR speaks incorrect English and send mail full with grammatical errors. 8. The Management gives good rating in Glassdoor to fool candidates. 9. They will lie to you during interviews that we work on latest technologies and you have lot to learn. The truth is that only one project is in development cycle rest all is in maintenance mode, so you have little or nothing to work on daily basis. Some times i feel as if living in North Korea. No one will listen to you. Only option is to get out of here. Do not join this company. This is a very bad career choice
