Management worst, always have last minute work, senior manager too much toxic more critic than advise, the boss too much cut the cost untill you cant do the work properly and smooth

Benefits not so much. They tryna cut cost and make it harder to claim. Expect to ot without payment. Expect to be frowned on if you say you cant join ot for whatever reasons. Managers are also weird. Instruct to do this, but when i did they still scold me. Unsure of what they want and when asked, got stared like it's such a stupid thing to ask. Some colleagues are just lazy and i wonder why they didnt get any scolding. It is as if the harder u work, the lesser u will be appreciated, unless youre chinese i guess
