- Old fashioned company who completes tasks 'the way it's always been done'. - Small team and the workload surpasses capacity. - You are expected to work well into your own hours despite not having any commission set up or any real compensation. - You're expected to spend a copious amount of time in the warehouse doing re-works which subsequently means and is also a set expectation for you to still manage your own workload.
