      None, garbage pay, unsafe, bad attitudes

      Cons

      Manager in finishing shop is bitter, toxic, don't waste your time. Drove forklift unlicensed , tractors with no training , climbed ladders unsafe onto tires. Don't waste your time lots of better jobs then this one.

      Completely disorganized shop Extremely toxic environment Every man for themselves Frank is a horrible manager and needs lessons on respect and management Chuck the lead hand never came to help train Workers immediately start insulting management when they leave Welding machines trigger broken for 3 weeks when I started but was still insulted when I couldn’t make their unrealistic times to make custom trailers with NO blueprints or training. Just a complete joke...
