      Best culture, work from home provides flexibility, leadership is approachable and fair.

      Cons

      Sometimes miss interacting w colleagues in person, but we have great virtual workshops and quarterly meetups so I still feel connected and a part of the team!

      Incredibly supportive team and management from day one. HR is attentive and genuinely invested in employee success. Seeing so many women in leadership is empowering and refreshing. The company provides real training and all the tools you need to hit the ground running. A welcoming culture that sets you up to thrive.

      Still a growing company, so processes are sometimes being built in real time — but that also means room to contribute and shape things.

      Pros

      The work is fast paced and ever changing keeping things exciting and moving forward. Miss Amara is not stuck in their ways or stagnant. They're willing to try new things to grow and develop. I love it!

      I wish we spent more time together as a team! But that's the reality of a global, fully remote business
