Where to start, so there is an air of unease about the place with the owner just sacking people at the click of a finger when he feels like it. There are no contracts, or staff benefits i.e. pensions, review, room for progression etc. Before starting work here I read the reviews on glass door and thought that they were just a few bad experiences but no they are really not, and the good reviews on here were probably written by the owner himself. I was told one day to pack my stuff and leave, despite being told the previous day how great a job I was doing, so the owner was obviously just having one of his moments. The owner won't even learn your name, another air of disrespect he brings to his business, he is too busy thinking about his next pair of balenciagas. So yeah, if you have respect for your career and the hard work that you put into it, I would highly recommend declining a job offer from this shambles of a business and getting yourself one in somewhere that has a bit of a reputation. When I was dismissed at the click of a finger I was told 'this company is just nuts' and 'he goes through more staff than socks' so if this is anything to go by his reputation among current staff is not the best.
