Pros

Weekly pay if there is enough money on a Friday

Cons

The owner needs help. Mentally unstable. He has just sacked 32 people in 2 days. Why ? He spends all his money on stupid unneccasary things . We worry every Friday if we will get paid our pay is going in later and later on a Friday Then we see him get 3 new cars . Showing off but really all on lease . He won’t let any of the management run the place. Overrules everyone. He is a vile man. He will be bankrupt soon. No one will give him credit. He lies to everyone.

Pros

People that work there

Cons

You will be fed the dream, but don’t listen, this company is a recipe for disaster! it will jepordise your career as everything you have worked towards will be torn away by the owner who loves to manipulate and bully his staff. He will micro manage your every move down to the time you take in the toilet. If he feels threat he will sack you with no previous warnings. In the past 12 months I have seen many of the team come and go. The paranoia sets a awful atmosphere in the whole office, with all fearing for there jobs on a daily bases. I was sacked because I had a small Instagram business consisting of 3000 followers, with no warning, on my day of holiday I was informed by the ceo that my contract had been terminated. I am writing this review because it has happened too to many hard working people and I don’t want it to happen to any more. I brought a lot to that company and always worked to the best of my ability with no distraction and guided many others, do not let this man ruin your career!

Pros

Some of the people are okay/helpful..mainly because their job is on the line like everyone in the place

Cons

Where to start, so there is an air of unease about the place with the owner just sacking people at the click of a finger when he feels like it. There are no contracts, or staff benefits i.e. pensions, review, room for progression etc. Before starting work here I read the reviews on glass door and thought that they were just a few bad experiences but no they are really not, and the good reviews on here were probably written by the owner himself. I was told one day to pack my stuff and leave, despite being told the previous day how great a job I was doing, so the owner was obviously just having one of his moments. The owner won't even learn your name, another air of disrespect he brings to his business, he is too busy thinking about his next pair of balenciagas. So yeah, if you have respect for your career and the hard work that you put into it, I would highly recommend declining a job offer from this shambles of a business and getting yourself one in somewhere that has a bit of a reputation. When I was dismissed at the click of a finger I was told 'this company is just nuts' and 'he goes through more staff than socks' so if this is anything to go by his reputation among current staff is not the best.
