      Pros

      All the reviews written here and given 5 stars are written by their own employees. Absolutely do not ignore. In the last year, they have laid off almost everyone and do not even pay their salaries. They victimized me a lot. Definitely an environment to stay away from.

      working day and night, not getting paid, being mobbed, being given fringe benefits and not being allowed to use them, etc.

      There's nothing good about working at Missafir

      It's a completely toxic environment. They are clueless about managing people. They try to manage the process by scolding the team and constantly putting pressure on them. It's an environment that is very weak technically.

      Cons

      The company disregards the law, neglects personnel rights, and expects you to work 24/7. A culture of bullying has taken root. The HR team lacks legal knowledge and fails to give you your rights. I wouldn't recommend it to my younger friends; stay away from this toxic team
