Pros
It was good while it lasted, dynamic work environment, wide spec of clients, interesting projects.
Cons
Payment delays affected every aspect of operations. Although some contractors experienced issues first, the problem eventually impacted all employees. We were repeatedly given empty promises and misleading information, urged to work harder despite not having our basic needs met. We were constantly told that payments would come “by Friday,” “next week,” or “by the end of the month.” This demonstrated a complete lack of honesty and an inability by the CEO and CFO to maintain a professional work environment.
