      • intellectually stimulating work • wonderfully collaborative and talented colleagues • clients who desire bold strategy and design

      Cons

      • some clients with small [-er] budgets (i.e. challenge to do more with less)

      The clients are usually great

      Cons

      The culture is quite toxic considering the brand of the company, it stems from senior leadership and will likely never change. Work life balance is talked about, but doesn’t truly exist.

      It's always disheartening to read a post like this, and we're sorry the employee felt this way. Though it's not known when this employee left, it's worth noting that in 2023 we have significantly increased PTO across the board, and put meeting management parameters in place to continue to support work-life balance.
