We're glad you recognized the talents of your clients and colleagues. They're what makes it all possible! Thanks for posting.
Mission Minded truly brings their values to the forefront of their work, from vetting clients to interactions with teammates. We’ve been working remotely from day one, so we’ve got the kinks worked out, and you’ll find colleagues from across the country, in small towns and big ones. A small but growing team means that you can bring more than one hat to your job if you like: strategist/designers, designer/developers, and developer/writers all can find a place here. It also means there’s a lot of room to help shape and evolve processes and workflows, and to make your role your own – good ideas can truly come from anywhere and leadership is receptive to new perspectives and experimentation.
Cons
Small teams also mean that you often need to independently own your particular area of expertise on a project, and your colleagues will be looking to you to manage your own deadlines and tasks. This could be a con for those who prefer to have a hands-on manager, or a serious pro for those who thrive with that level of autonomy.

Thanks for pointing out who thrives here: those who can work independently as part of a fully remote company but also enjoy deep and fulfilling collaboration with colleagues (and clients). It's a great mix for those who enjoy a balance of both.
