      Management Sorely Lacking in Leadership and Communication Skills

      I felt comfortable working from home.

      Cons

      I felt disgusted by the management's lack of commitment to their employees. It seems convenient at first to work from home, but be careful not to let them take advantage of your time and resources. I was surprised with how insensitive they were for a company that works with the nonprofit sector. I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism such as asking me to pick up my paycheck by leaving it taped to a gate on a busy street in SF.

      Creative workspace, exciting client projects, welcoming of new internal and external ideas

      Cons

      Lack of workalike balance, rush culture, no upward mobility, lack of professional development, founder oversight

      • intellectually stimulating work • wonderfully collaborative and talented colleagues • clients who desire bold strategy and design

      Cons

      • some clients with small [-er] budgets (i.e. challenge to do more with less)
