      After less than a year of production, shows signs of improvement. Bright future with room to be very successful.

      Cons

      Management still not stable, too much politicking between departments, and many things need tweaking company wise before being successful.

      Pay rate is fair here.

      Cons

      If you view your health as important, don't come here. They force youto dehydrate, they work night crew without proper rest Everyone is fatigued. If you ever have plans like normal people, don't come and work here. HR always screws up pay. OSHA WARNINGS ARE IGNORED.
