Pros

Good pay and benefits. Overtime is fairly lenient, it's extremely rare for someone to be forced to come in. Those who want to work a lot can do that too.

Cons

Culture has diminished over the past few years, interdepartmental communication sucks, people aren't held accountable. Training is chaotic and sporatic. The ops managers in right now are arrogant smart mouths who think they know everything- The whole time you're talking to them it feels like they're just waiting for you to shut up so they can say their piece. It's like they think you're just a stupid monkey that presses buttons.

Pros

Truly the best company to work for. Fairly stress free, great compensation, and excellent opportunities to advance internally.

Cons

Remote work is rarely an option.
