The company is centered on micromanaging and revenues.

Pros
- operational people are great and very much care about the people around you - a huge percentage of the people in there have PhDs, generally everyone is an expert in their fields and you can learn a lot. - the topics are truly interesting.
Cons
- ceo not letting it go and micromanaging, getting excited by all propositions yet not managing to hold one for more than a week. - his family / friends run a few departments, mostly into the ground. Between incompetence and plainly not doing anything, possibly the biggest problem of the company - very flexible / remote tolerant
