      1. There are career opportunities in operations. 2. Training is consistently provided 3. The role requires multitasking, which can be a valuable experience for the future. 4. The salary follows the standard rate set for staff positions.

      Cons

      You have to be ready to work around the clock. The salary for an HR Generalist is not competitive, yet you're expected to handle everything from administrative tasks to strategic responsibilities — it's honestly absurd. The office politics are truly unhealthy and have a real impact on lower-level staff, especially the power struggles between the GMs and RMs. They’re too focused on undercutting each other, while critical issues like delivery problems, inaccurate stock data, and many others remain unresolved.
