-Great pay -Salaries paid on time (every 25th and earlier if 25th falls on a weekend), never a delay once. -Supportive environment -Meaningful work in education -Age mixed and really smart and talented demographic -Strong and experienced C-Suite leadership -Internal mobility is highly encouraged. You can come in as Sales, then move to product and then leave as Content. So fluid.
Cons
-Really really fast paced environment, you might not be able to catch your breathe if you don't thrive in such environment.
