You aren’t employed you are contracted and they act like they own you. People here can feel pretty performative. Expect a lot of work for very little pay. The pressure is intense and you are not even an employee. You are a contractor. Yet they treat you like they own your time, your energy, and your availability, expecting full time commitment without offering any of the stability, respect, or benefits that should come with it.
