Pros
Co-workers, young or old, are generally friendly and some are as patient as they can be. The recipes aren't difficult. Wouldn't say it's physically taxing work. Free drinks when something happens and nobody wants the drink. The HR pays on time, and manager isn't mean even if you quit v fast (but I guess a lot of things depend on outlet)
Cons
Very fast paced, meaning newbies are likely overwhelmed. Operation peak lasts from afternoon till 10pm+, it's like peak all the way Closes late. Your body clock will possibly become a bit wrecked. Work isn't hard once you get used to things, but the pay isn't that great in relation to how busy it is unless you really love very fast paced work (and bubble tea)
