The stylists are all friendly & great to work with. Employee hair perks. That's about it.
Cons
Con about the job itself, you're on your feet all day. Cons about the company: It's owned by 2 men who are stylists by trade, not people who know how to run a business. HR is a 3rd party company that is never involved. Management of this company is toxic AF. The owners knowingly kept a manager longer than they should've and blatantly ignored multiple reports of harassment & bullying against her, even going as far as firing the employees who filed complaints in retaliation. Mizu lost many great employees because of the abuse.
