Pros

Yes, it is good platform for learning as a fresher.

Cons

Hired and fried company, bad scope for employees because you never know when they people fired you give a silly reason. No career surity and if you joined to Mobikasa, so be ready for fired. Lying to employees that you have best career opportunity over there but company only will hire you for fire.

Pros

For salary hike you definitely join, but there is no guarantee to you survive for long time. It has rule hire and fire.

Cons

Hire and fire company, Lot more involve in group politics by their employee. Web team lead are looser. They always shout to their team members.

You will never be Treated like an employee or human being...

1. Get ready to work continously for 3-4 days with swalloed eyes and if you speak anything get ready to be terminated very next day... Its a company running in small house in very unprofessional area. Owner is full to selfish doesnt care about anybody... 2. You will be very excited to see their opening in naukri.com or get a call as they disclose a package range which is high and then you decide "koi nahi kar lenge, paise to de rahe".. But this is what their model of running a company is. 3. They offered a package of 12.6 lakhs to a married person of Hyderabad and hired him as manager the owner himself took his interview and decided that ye we will move ahead with this guy, but after 2.5 months that guy was fired.. His fault was he gave time in the evening to his wife due to some emergency and neglected to stay overnight in office. He brought his family in delhi, did some major investment on the basis of his package and he is till now jobless as on that package with a stamp of "fired" he is getting rejected. He came from ibm hyderabad and joined here just because of package as he was getting 7 their and 12.6 here. 3. I cant name the few members who are just being paid for getting them screwed daily and they dont care as they are happy with a life having in which they are agreeing to boycott private life. On the same joining day you can easily come to know these. 4. This is not a company if you are on a package of 5 lakhs get ready to be kicked out within 3 months. If less than 5 lakhs then get ready to work continously for 3-4 days as well and if ignored , or a point, or voice is raised from you then get your check for the number of days you have worked after salary cycle very next day with a tag "fired". 5. They had got a team of 10-12 people dedicatedly working on projects whose billing was 7-8 lakhs per month but those client too had step out before getting the project completed due to non technical capabilities of the company. 6. Whenever any project comes your opinions will not be taken, as those few members who think that they are best developers will only agree if they know them otherwise u have to follow them, and if not done then in night only they will call the owner and will say "ye nahi kar payega" and without any reason next morning you will receive all the fired documents stamped with your name and check ready. 7. Never join this company because you will not earn that much, but you will spend more than that what you earn just on your health.
