Miscommunication Tough environment Poor knowledge of managing

Where do I even start. This place has no benefits, the boss is a bit of a loose canon, who treats his employees like he's working at his family business. The boss has no filter, everyone is walking on eggshells, at least the employees that worked in the office in Bellflower when I was there. This place was going through designers like a fast food restaurant goes through customers at lunch time.
