      - Steep learning curve - Flexible work environment - Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - Poor management - Short sighted goals - Doesn't care for its employees - People are asked to travel without return date in sight - Company makes its employees travel on tourist visas for business work and once the employee travels he's left on his own to search for accommodation - Many times extensively long halt tickets are booked only because they are cheaper - Poor working conditions - Few of the employees developed health issues because of extensive work hours - Management put tremendous pressure on employees to meet unrealistic Quarter end goals - Management tries to reduce cost by hiring less resources and exploits the existing resource to the extent that they frustrate and resign
