There is no career path. You can only go up if a manager goes out or retires. And even so, you need to be part of the circle of trust of your director, being a good worker and a good person wont get you far.
The culture is awful people love to overwork doing stupid things that never have any kind of impact. And I mean they LOVE overworking, if they dont have something to overwork for, they will create a reason.
There are too many flatterers that dont have the minimum necessary skills for their position but keep their jobs by licking their bosses boots. I know this happens everywhere but here it has an above the average impact.
Never in my life had I worked in a place with such a weird boss/employee ratio. is almost 50/50, half of the employees are managers and they do nothing, the other half are the people who do stuff. This ratio encourages terrible burnout and overwork, because there are not enough hands doing stuff.
RRHH takes care of people, but they are terrible at identifying people with problematic personalities, or can't do anything about it.
